Edge devices collect data from machines, PLCs, and sensors without requiring a complete controls replacement. The collected data can then be normalized and sent securely to a platform where production teams and management can monitor it.
Turn signals into visibility
Connected data supports real-time production dashboards, OEE and downtime analysis, predictive maintenance, quality monitoring, and energy monitoring. It can also be integrated with ERP and CMMS systems so that factory-floor information supports wider operational workflows.
Prove value with a pilot
A proof of concept on a limited set of equipment allows the team to validate connectivity, establish baseline metrics, and confirm which insights are useful before expanding to more machines or production lines.
